Job responsibilities

As a project manager, you have a central and self-driven role in leading and coordinating construction projects with high sustainability ambitions. Your responsibilities include project management, project planning, and coordination of environmental certifications, ensuring that projects meet requirements and standards within various certification systems. You will manage multiple parallel projects with varying lengths. You assess documents and contribute insights to optimize project outcomes. You collaborate closely with colleagues, clients, and external specialists in the projects.

  • Lead and coordinate environmental certification projects as an energy coordinator of varying complexity with financial responsibility
  • Business development, drive innovation, and influence projects through optimized sustainability solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues, clients, and specialists to ensure high quality and long-term capacity in the organization

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Post-secondary engineering education in e.g. construction technology or equivalent
  • Experience with the calculation program IDA ICE and from energy coordination in connection with environmental certification of properties
  • Trained coordinator within one of the certification systems Miljöbyggnad, NollCO2, BREEAM, Svanen, or similar is an advantage
  • Trained as a certified energy expert (CEX) is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
