A nursing assistant/caregiver within Norlandia is a valuable key person, and we are looking for someone skilled in their profession who enjoys meeting people in various situations. Together with the team of nurses, rehabilitation staff, and management, we collaborate around the resident to provide a good life every day.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in elderly care, where your main tasks include designing safe and secure personal care. You support the resident in their daily life and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday life. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing the residents with high-quality care in accordance with what has been agreed upon in the care plan.

This includes, among other things:

• Personal care and support, utilizing the residents' own resources.
• Working according to Norlandia's concept of Tasty Meals to ensure our residents appreciate the food and that the dining experience enhances their daily life.
• Documenting according to the Social Services Act; maintaining social journals and establishing and following up care plans.
• Offering and conducting daily activities, outdoor excursions, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities.
• Performing service tasks such as cleaning apartments, laundry, escorting, and shopping.
• Actively participating in the organization's quality and improvement work.

Golife is a new modern elderly home in Mölndal, located in an exciting new area, GoCo. Our elderly home has 60 places focusing on both dementia and somatic care. It is easily accessible by car and public transport.

• Previous experience in care and support is an advantage
• You need to have good documentation skills
• You should have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• We prefer that you have good computer skills
• We want you to have a good understanding of the national quality registers relevant to the operations

Employment type: hourly substitute

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to present a criminal record extract. You also need to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
