ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a barista/café staff, your tasks may vary but usually involve making coffee, handling cash, restocking displays, light food preparation/baking, keeping tables clean, and dishwashing.

Majola collaborates with restaurants, hotels, and conference facilities throughout Stockholm County, and can therefore offer you work at a large number of different workplaces with various types of assignments. The scope of staffing assignments varies, and you can either take on long-term positions or regularly change workplaces for variety. You decide whether to accept or decline the assignments offered to you.

ABOUT YOU AS A CANDIDATE:

For the role of barista/café staff, we see that you are positive, driven, and engaged with a very high sense of service. You should always have full focus on the guest and should be able to speak Swedish fluently for smooth communication. Furthermore, you have a strong desire to develop and improve in your work!

You have previously worked in café operations and have good experience in making specialty coffee and handling an espresso machine. A driver's license is highly meritorious, and access to your own car is also beneficial, but Majola offers the option to borrow a company car when needed.
