In the role of customer representative, you will be the face of this car dealer's workshop and represent the company with your friendly demeanor.

Job Responsibilities As a customer representative, you will have contact with the workshop's customers during the drop-off/pick-up of their cars. An important part of the job is to always provide the customer with a pleasant and professional greeting and ensure that the customer's wishes are fulfilled. Your tasks will include booking customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing over cars, and processing payments. Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email.

Your Profile We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a service-oriented profession – preferably in the automotive industry – and who knows what excellent customer service entails. It is crucial that you have a sense of service and thrive in a role where the customer is the focus.

To succeed in this role, you need to work efficiently, take initiative, and be flexible in your daily tasks. You can handle a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously without compromising quality.

You are a person who is passionate about creating positive customer experiences and always strives to exceed expectations. Experience with the Kobra system is a requirement, as it is an important part of daily work. As a person, you are social and have an easy time collaborating with others. You have a positive attitude that easily rubs off on your colleagues and certainly also on your customers. In this role, you will face various challenges and situations, but with your mindset, you will always find solutions that brighten the customer's day. You are attentive and adapt to each person's personality and needs, and you excel at creating a personal relationship with the customer. In this selection, great importance will be placed on your personality.

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, between 7 AM - 4 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you along the way to a successful career.
