About the assignment
Our client in Gothenburg needs an HR Specialist starting as soon as possible until week 2 of 2026. This is a full-time assignment through us at Bemannia.
Your tasks
In the role of HR Specialist, you will work on reviewing existing BAS evaluations in the job evaluation system following an organizational restructuring that took effect on January 1, 2025. The assignment involves clearing outdated BAS evaluations, updating obsolete BAS evaluations, and creating new BAS evaluations based on the new organization in the job evaluation system. The goal of the assignment is to ensure that the administration has relevant job evaluations, a clear understanding of job content in their positions, and a shared understanding within the organization. The results of the additional BAS evaluations in the assignment will also form the basis for salary formation.
Furthermore, your tasks will include the following:
- Identifying a current state and moving towards a quality-assured new state within the administration's area
- Creating clarity around which positions the administration has in the organization
- Establishing an objective ranking of positions based on factors such as competence, responsibility, and working conditions within the administration
- Achieving a clear, fair, and equitable salary structure, facilitating salary mapping according to the Discrimination Act, and providing a basis for good market analyses for the administration
- Raising knowledge and competence among managers and employees in the administration to facilitate dialogue around the factors of the positions and salary formation
Your qualifications
- Higher education, for example, a degree in human resources or equivalent education
- At least three (3) years of work experience from similar work
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Personec, TimeCare, among others)
- HR Specialist with very good knowledge/expertise in Aon's job evaluation system BAS
- Good knowledge of GBG city's working methods in the area
- Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and agreements in the area
