We manage over 1800 rental apartments and 2000 commercial premises in Greater Stockholm.

We are looking for a ventilation technician to join our team. We carry out renovations of apartments and premises according to the needs of customers and property owners.

We are seeking a skilled, meticulous, and loyal ventilation technician to rectify issues after OVK and to be responsible for new ventilation installations in premises adapted for tenants.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and is self-driven. You should be social and have a good attitude towards your colleagues and customers.

We prefer that you have good references for ventilation installations.

-Enjoy working independently, planning your days that include customer contact, customer visits, installation, administration, and logistics planning.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in the property/construction industry

Experience with OVK and troubleshooting

Meritorious:

-Driver's license

-Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

-If you have other skills within the construction industry

We offer a full-time salary with a 6-month probationary period and permanent employment thereafter.
