About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment that runs until the end of January 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Leica Geosystems. There may be a possibility of extending the assignment.

Responsibilities
In the role of customer representative, you will be responsible for receiving and administering service cases regarding customers' measuring instruments. You are the customer's first contact upon arrival – receiving the equipment, registering the case in the business system, filling in service documentation, and ensuring that the instrument is packed and sent to the correct service workshop. You will also manage rental instruments that customers borrow while their own equipment is being serviced, as well as participate in the sale of accessories and be responsible for the local inventory.
In addition to working with measuring instruments, you play an important role in providing all visitors with a professional and welcoming reception. You guide them to the right person or department and ensure they receive the information they need about the company's services. The role also includes receiving and registering mail, packages, and deliveries to the office, as well as contributing to keeping the reception and common areas organized and giving a representative impression.

Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Previous work experience in service and customer contact, preferably in a technical area
• Good knowledge of Office 365 and Excel
• Technical interest and good technical understanding
• B driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
