Habitek Utemiljö AB is a company with approximately 35 employees that works with comprehensive assignments in outdoor environments in Stockholm. We offer a complete range of services in gardening, landscape design, and winter maintenance. Our customers are mainly property companies, housing associations, and public entities. Together, we make a difference in people's outdoor environments and take pride in performing every task with the highest quality to create something we can be proud of.

Our headquarters is located in Nacka Strand, but since our customers are located throughout the Stockholm area, we have warehouses and offices in Älta.

The Role and Assignment

If you want to be part of developing Habitek Utemiljö and ensuring a quality delivery to our customers, then you have found the right place. We are in an expansive phase where the focus is to drive Habitek Utemiljö towards new goals!

You need to have a good ability to work with others as we work on our assignments in pairs; you will become part of our gardening operations where we always help each other. We strive to perform every task with high quality and create something we are proud of. The workgroup you will be part of is welcoming and hardworking and requires the same in return.

During the summer season, we have maintenance agreements to manage, but also a lot of additional work in the form of plantings, repairs, pruning, etc. We actively work on competence development and continuously meet our customers' needs.

During the winter season, we work with snow removal, and we are all important resources to help our customers with winter maintenance. The work may be scheduled at inconvenient hours.

The role requires a genuine interest in outdoor environments and that you take responsibility for your tasks. You will be an important part of our culture, and having fun and feeling comfortable is important for everyone in the workplace; together we create a good working environment.

You start and finish each day at our operations office in Älta.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with training as a gardener or equivalent, as well as experience working in the industry and a B driver's license. You should be able to communicate in Swedish and understand instructions. It is an advantage if you have experience with area responsibility for a maintenance area together with a colleague. It is important that you are open to change and thrive in a development-oriented company.

You should be engaged and interested in your work and appreciate a role with personal responsibility for your maintenance assignments. You enjoy working outdoors, are service-oriented, and are responsive and accommodating in collaboration with customers and colleagues.
