What can a workday look like?

One day you might be serving an elegant three-course meal at a sparkling banquet, the next day you are in the middle of a VIP event. Regardless of the assignment, your goal is always the same: to provide guests with a world-class service experience. During the upcoming Christmas buffet season, we will also have several festive Christmas buffet events where we need to strengthen the team with both serving staff and bartenders.

The working hours vary depending on the event and client, making the position perfect for you who have another main occupation but want a flexible and inspiring part-time job. You choose how much you want to work, but we would love for you to become a regular part of our team.

About Carotte Academy

At Carotte Academy, we train staff in the hospitality and service industry through a free multi-step training program. In the introductory training, you as a newcomer to the industry will gain the theoretical and practical foundational knowledge required to work in service at Carotte Staff. Everyone who works with us needs to complete the first step of our training.
