Apoteket Näckrosen in Lidköping is one of our Top 100 pharmacies and is located in the Framnäs shopping center, right in a vibrant commercial area with many shops and a constant flow of people. The pharmacy is open every day of the week and is a natural meeting place for both everyday errands and more complex consultations.

Here, an experienced and well-synchronized team of about 14 people works: nine pharmacists and five technicians. It is a well-run and well-managed pharmacy with a good atmosphere and high energy. Together, the team meets a high customer flow every day, making the work both dynamic and rewarding.

As the pharmacy manager, you have overall responsibility for results, operations, and development. You lead the business with a focus on quality, care, and customer needs, ensuring that your team has the best conditions to thrive and do a great job.

Your role also includes representing Apoteket locally, building relationships with property owners, collaborating with local actors, and contributing to making the pharmacy an integral part of Lidköping's business community. • Lead and inspire the team through clear communication and engagement.

• You have experience from the pharmacy industry.
• You have experience in leadership and personnel responsibility.
• You have a good understanding of business development, customer flows, and commercial work.
• You have the ability to build relationships and collaborate both internally and externally.
• You have a drive to develop the business forward with care and quality in focus.
