As a property caretaker at Brf Gräslöken, you will work in a pleasant environment with varied tasks related to both internal and external maintenance. You will handle recurring tasks regarding supervision and troubleshooting with great freedom under responsibility.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• B driver's license
• Swedish in speech and writing
• Meritorious: Experience in property maintenance
