The Role of Care Assistant with Us

With us, you will work in a team with knowledgeable colleagues.

We operate from our location in the center, which is close to the station, shops, and parking facilities. You will be part of a team that meets the needs of our care recipients. You contribute to the experience of safety through smooth and professional interactions. In this role, you will also be a primary care contact for some of our clients, where you will collaborate with a smaller group of colleagues regarding your care recipients.

In Kungsbacka, we want everyone to live life to the fullest, and for us in home care, this means providing care and support based on approved needs and the individual care plan developed in collaboration with healthcare staff and the care recipient. This means we have a strong focus on those we serve while working closely together.

Your schedule will include days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

You are a person who enjoys challenges and working with people. You contribute to the experience of safety through reliable and professional interactions. You are comfortable handling technical solutions in your daily work and have the ability to create participation in the daily lives of those we serve. As a person, you thrive in independent work and can adapt to changing circumstances while seeing opportunities in everyday life. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained care assistant
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as required in daily work
• holds a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working as a care assistant
• experience with mental health issues
• experience in palliative care
• training in dementia care

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.
