Do you want to be the heart of the flow between customer, sales, and delivery? As an inside sales representative at Dometic, you will be the one who makes things happen with a focus on service, collaboration, and results. YOUR DAILY LIFE As an inside sales representative at Dometic, you are an active part of the sales organization. You work closely with our Key Account Managers and field teams, and you are often the one who makes the first contact with the customer. You identify needs, propose solutions, and follow up on deals all the way to delivery.
You will, among other things:
- Proactively contact both new and existing customers
- Follow up on leads, campaigns, and business opportunities
- Manage and register incoming orders and ensure delivery
- Prepare quotes and price proposals
- Provide fast and professional service while contributing to increased sales

We believe you have:
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management
- A proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to sales
- Good administrative skills and familiarity with the Office suite
- Experience with business systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Good communication skills in Swedish, English, and Danish
