We are now looking for a camping staff member who wants to be part of our team.

About the role

As a camping staff member, you will primarily work with cleaning cabins, service buildings, and common areas to ensure our guests have a pleasant and welcoming stay. Depending on the season and experience, other tasks may also be included, such as reception work or simple maintenance in the area. Your workday may consist of tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing cabins and service buildings, check-ins and check-outs, and booking management. Other tasks include ongoing maintenance at the destination such as lawn mowing, changing light bulbs, and addressing guest reports.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a B driver's license - an absolute requirement
• Speaks and understands Swedish fluently
• Is meticulous, efficient, and service-oriented
• Experience in cleaning, service, or janitorial work is a plus but not a requirement.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with others

We welcome candidates with previous experience in cleaning, reception, or janitorial work, but it is not a requirement for the position. We place great importance on personality and look forward to welcoming new colleagues with a genuine interest in our guests. We see that you enjoy sharing yourself and prioritize the team over the individual. We work according to clear routines and concepts, which is something you appreciate in your work. Furthermore, you need to communicate easily in Swedish and English to receive work instructions and interact with our international guests.

Employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment and is covered by a collective agreement. Working hours vary and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The salary follows the collective agreement of the Hotel and Restaurant Workers' Union.
