As a cleaner, you will work independently according to a schedule with one or more of our corporate clients in Kungsbacka and/or Mölndal. The job includes daily cleaning, maintenance of coffee machines, ordering materials, and of course, contact with our friendly customers. You are also responsible for ensuring that our spaces at the customer's site, such as cleaning rooms and cleaning carts, always represent Bohus in the best way.

As a newcomer, you will receive an introduction to the work with the relevant clients and also attend our internal training sessions. There, you will learn about everything from cleaning and service to how we work with quality, environment, and workplace safety. All to ensure that you can perform your work in the best way and feel secure as an employee with us.

We are currently looking for someone who wishes to work in Kungsbacka and/or Mölndal. This position is suitable for you who want to work daytime, Monday to Friday, starting at 06:00. You will have one or more corporate clients on your schedule and work part-time, approximately 30 hours per week.

Our candidate

Your service mindset is the most important aspect of our delivery. You have many customer contacts, and we are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and likes working in service – especially when the job requires quick changes and problem-solving. We also believe that you are flexible, meticulous, can structure your work, and enjoy working independently.

Requirements for the position

• Driver's license and access to a personal car
• Ability to understand and communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to start your workday at 06:00 at the customer's site
• Experience in professional cleaning or other service work is an advantage

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Bohus has a collective agreement and offers secure employment and wellness benefits to all employees.
