What will you be working with?

As an Operations Manager, you will lead the operations together with your team, support our employees, and be active in the delivery. You will work with several customers and ensure that the team's focus is always on delivering the highest quality.

Your main tasks:

• Coordinate staffing for smooth daily operations
• Handle feedback and ideas to continuously improve delivery
• Conduct quality controls at customer sites
• Develop relationships with both customers and employees
• Identify opportunities for upselling by understanding customer needs
• Drive and implement improvement proposals
• Welcome and train new employees

Who are you?

You have a genuine interest in customer contact and team leadership. You are an excellent planner and organizer, with a good ability to understand and manage workflows. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic make you a valued colleague. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are flexible, and can quickly adapt to different tasks, prioritize, and solve problems independently.

We see that you have:

• Previous experience in cleaning services
• Experience in administrative work
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Driving license B

It is meritorious if you have:

• Insta 800 and/or SRY training

• Working hours: Monday-Friday 06.00-15.00
