Facilities Technician Wanted for International Company

The role includes, among other things:

Monitoring and performing a wide range of technical tasks, including preventive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, and planned maintenance efforts.
Contributing innovative ideas for improvements, changes, and energy efficiencies.
Maintaining professional relationships and providing feedback to our clients.
Working closely with other facilities technicians and specialists to achieve common goals.

Who are you?

You have:

Several years of experience in technical property operations
Education in property management or equivalent skills acquired through several years of experience
Experience working independently in various types of properties

Personal qualities:

A service-oriented attitude, with a focus on always putting the customer first
The ability to handle different people and situations effectively
A planner and organizer who enjoys sharing knowledge with the team
