Then the role of Technical Customer Advisor at NrLyze might be right for you!

As a Technical Customer Advisor, you are the customer's primary partner in understanding, developing, and optimizing the operation of their properties. Using our analysis platform and your understanding of technical property management, you guide some of Sweden's most exciting property owners towards better economics and sustainability.

• Identify and implement improvements in property operations.
• Provide support and guidance on how customers use our analysis platform to maximize the benefits of our services.
• Analyze operational data and translate insights into concrete action proposals.
• Build strong and long-term customer relationships – you are their extended arm into NrLyze.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to develop our services based on customer needs.

We are looking for someone with experience in technical operations, energy optimization, property management, or a similar field. You understand how technical systems in properties work – and how they can be developed and improved.

You are curious, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a natural ability to build trust in customer interactions. Communication is one of your strengths, both verbally and in writing, and you thrive in a role where customer contact is central.
