We are currently looking for a meticulous and structured Service Coordinator for a temporary position with one of our clients in Uppsala. Here, you will play a key role in ensuring that service cases are handled efficiently – from the first contact to final delivery. You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, structure, and customer focus are at the center.

The office is located in Uppsala, with a desired start as soon as possible and initially until the summer of 2026. You will initially be employed as a consultant through The Place, with good opportunities for extension or permanent employment directly with the client company.

Your main tasks will include:

• Coordinating service orders between customers, production, and warehouse
• Ensuring that everything is in place for the right delivery at the right time
• Registering and following up on RMA flows (returns and repairs)
• Planning and monitoring inventory levels in the service store
• Maintaining ongoing contact with various internal and external parties

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Previous experience in a coordinating or administrative role within technology, production, or logistics
• Good system skills and experience working in an ERP system (e.g., Infor LN)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
