Aimpoint's headquarters is located in Malmö, where one of the production units is also located. The other is in Gällivare, and all manufacturing takes place in Sweden. About the Position

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a fine assembler at Aimpoint in Malmö. You will be an important part of the production and work with precise assembly of high-quality products. The job requires precision, patience, and a sense for details, and is suitable for those who enjoy following clear instructions while contributing to continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who has a long-term approach to the position.

The position is full-time during 2 shifts and constant night (day 06:00-14:20 and evening 14:20-22:40, Night: Sun-Thurs 22:40-05:30), and the assignment is long-term starting after the summer. You will work with products that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work varied and challenging. You will be trained on-site and receive continuous feedback and support in your work, but it is important that you have a technical interest beforehand.

• Meticulous assembly of small, technical components
• Follow work instructions and routines
• Inspection and quality control
• Contribute to an organized, safe, and efficient work environment
• Collaborate and support the team in learning and development

Requirements for the Position:

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in production, assembly, or similar practical work
• Technically inclined and used to working with your hands
• Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Available for shift work and nights

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in fine assembly or working with small components
• Worked in industry as a machine operator or process operator
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Background in beauty professions, e.g., eyelash extensions or nail technology

2-shift

Monday–Thursday 06:00–14:20 & Friday 06:00–12:00

Monday–Thursday 14:20–22:40 & Friday 12:00–18:00

Alternatively night shift: Sunday–Thursday 22:40–05:30

Location: Malmö
