Textilia in Gothenburg is looking for a driven and responsible production manager who wants to join our team as we build and develop our new laundry facility!

Do you want to lead an engaged team in an operation that focuses on sustainability, innovation, and customer satisfaction? In this role, you will be a key player who leads and motivates our drivers and production staff towards common goals.

You will balance our customers' high demands and unique requests with efficiency and a healthy and developing work environment. The site manager is your immediate supervisor, and together with the local management team, you bear a clear responsibility for our development and success.

About the role

We are in an expansive phase with a move to new premises, an expanded machine park, and increased process capacity. At the same time, we are recruiting and training staff to meet future needs, expanding our vehicle fleet, and welcoming new customers. This creates great opportunities to influence development – but also requires commitment and responsibility. You will:

• Plan, lead, and distribute work within distribution.
• Traffic management, with the assignments and commitments that follow that delegation.
• Plan, lead, and distribute work in production with assigned process responsibility.
• Have personnel responsibility for employees in both production and transport.
• Ensure high quality, efficiency, and good work morale through the development of staff and work processes.
• Follow up and analyze key figures such as consumption, costs, and productivity.
• Actively work with environmental, occupational safety, traffic safety, and fire protection issues.
• Be responsible for service and maintenance of vehicles.

Who are you?

We would like you to currently work in production or logistics, preferably with experience from the process industry. The most important thing is your commitment, leadership ability, and your positive, collaborative attitude. We also hope that you:

• Have experience in personnel management and resource planning in a production and logistics environment.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and motivating, leading, and developing your team.
• Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Are analytical, structured, and have a good understanding of logistics flows.
• Are comfortable working with computers and have good knowledge of Excel.
