Samuelssons Vitvaruservice offers services in installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances and laundry rooms to private customers, property owners, and housing associations throughout Stockholm.

About the position

We are growing and are now looking for a Team Leader who can relieve their CEO by leading and planning the daily work for their service technicians.

As a team leader, you will have a varied role where you work both administratively from the office and operationally out with our customers. You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on our service assignments – ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly for our technicians.

If necessary, for example, during sick leave or high workload, you will also step in to perform service work with customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and support service technicians in their daily work
• Plan and distribute service assignments
• Be responsible for material planning
• Relieve the CEO of daily operational tasks
• Perform service and installation work for customers when needed

You will be based at their service station in Österhaninge, but the job also involves regular customer visits in the Stockholm area.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a service technician in appliances and/or laundry rooms
• Is responsible, structured, and detail-oriented
• Has good problem-solving skills and enjoys collaborating with both customers and colleagues
• Is accustomed to working with computers and administrative systems
• Has experience as a team leader – this is a merit but not a requirement
