We are a cleaning company that has been operating in Gotland since 2019, offering high-quality cleaning services for both private individuals and businesses. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, likes challenges, and has a passion for cleaning.

About us

Hemstädning Visby/Clean Gotland AB is a local company with 11 dedicated employees and over 70 ongoing contract customers. In addition to our regular home cleaning tasks, we also offer services such as move-out cleaning and other special assignments. Our goal is to always deliver excellent results and provide our customers with a positive experience of our services.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, and has a good work ethic. You should be solution-oriented and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. You will be part of a dynamic and close-knit group that constantly strives to improve and develop our working methods.

Your tasks:

• Perform home cleaning for both private and corporate clients.
• Follow tasks according to standardized checklists and systematic working methods.
• Maintain a careful and efficient working style to deliver the best possible results.
• Be flexible and able to adapt to customers' needs and requests.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality in your work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in cleaning and creating a clean and fresh result.
• Can work efficiently and at a fast pace without compromising quality.
• Is meticulous and has an eye for detail.
• Has cleaning experience, preferably from similar work, but this is not a requirement.
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys solving problems independently.
• Has good collaboration skills and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
• Can follow instructions and work systematically according to our standardized methods.
