As a Janitor, you and your colleagues play a crucial role in ensuring the overall experience in the client's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You mainly work with cleaning the client's premises, as well as other tasks that may occur, such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.

The position is part-time for 35 hours/week, fixed-term employment from 2025-02-15 to 2025-09-15 with the possibility of working the remaining part of the year if needed. The placement is in Slite.

You will work closely with competent colleagues from whom you will benefit greatly, as we value helping and developing each other. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You enjoy the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means that you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the client. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in a group.

We prefer if you have experience in service professions or industry experience. It is important that you are proficient in the Swedish language.
