We are now looking for a new colleague to join our wonderful team at the reception of Elite Stora Hotellet Linköping.

The reception is the hub of the hotel and it is often here that guests have their first and last contact with us. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you are comfortable in the role as the face of our guests and are willing to go the extra mile to provide the best hotel experience. Being stress-resistant, flexible, and used to juggling multiple tasks along with good initiative is essential. For you, it is completely natural to actively work with upselling. In your daily work, you find it easy to collaborate with all departments in the hotel.

Your work in our reception consists of check-in and check-out, upselling, handling the switchboard, bookings, general concierge service, and keeping the lobby and reception area in top condition.

Being over 18 years old and having good knowledge, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English is a minimum requirement.

If you have previously worked in a hotel, that is particularly meritorious, or if you are used to night work, that is also a merit.
