We are now looking for a nurse for night shifts and on-call duty at Nytida Sorbus AB in Skene. The position is part-time at 63%. As a nurse, you will work on a rotating schedule with working hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The on-call duty involves approximately 90 hours over 6 weeks with on-call time at home during evenings, nights, and weekends.
About Nytida Sorbus Our target group includes individuals with Huntington's disease as well as younger individuals with cognitive impairments. The facility is located close to nature and has good access to public transport. You will be part of a small team with close collaboration between different professions.
In the facility, there is also a team leader and a facility manager. The facility has its own nurses who work irregular hours.

About the role
In the role of night nurse, you will work together with a nursing assistant/care staff. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the work within the HSL (Health and Medical Services) part of our operations. The work will also largely consist of care interventions for our residents.
As the on-call nurse, you will be responsible for the work within the HSL part of our operations when needs arise in the facility during evenings, nights, and/or weekends. You will be on-call at home and perform active work at the facility as needed. This means that you will work with and care for our clients' physical and mental well-being, medication management, and other tasks included in the on-call work.
We actively work to change the perception of mental disabilities by always starting from individual needs and wishes. As a nurse, you play an important role in our work around this. Our goal is to help provide each person with the individual tools and strategies they need to live a meaningful life.
Your experience and knowledge
You are a licensed nurse with experience and knowledge of individuals with both somatic and psychiatric issues.
We consider it an advantage if you have further education in psychiatry and/or experience in such work.
