About the role:

In this role as a traveling technician, you will handle both hardware and software, including everything from electronics to complex software systems. You will belong to a team responsible for installations, service, and after-sales, and you will have the opportunity to face exciting technical challenges both nationally and internationally by working directly with customers. When you are back at the office in Linköping, you will plan service cases and provide remote support, making you a key person for our customers.

This position is part of our consulting business. During the first six months, you will be employed by us but work as a consultant for the customer. The intention is that if all parties are satisfied, you can become directly employed by them.

Responsibilities:

• Perform service, installation, and troubleshooting of various systems at end customers
• Collaborate with colleagues both nationally and internationally to solve complex issues

We are looking for someone who has:

• A post-secondary education in IT, electrical engineering, or automation
• Fluent skills in Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license and enjoys traveling
• A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving, and is also curious about programming
• The ability to work independently and customer-oriented

About the employment:

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the customer and our side is that you will eventually become directly employed by the customer.
