Job Advertisement: Personal Assistant for Irma

Are YOU interested in working with young people with special needs, where you interpret the world and make it accessible for the user - then YOU should apply for this job.
Irma is a happy and content girl with severe disabilities who uses a wheelchair; she needs support and assistance with everything from interpreting her surroundings to personal hygiene, feeding, training, and mobility. She loves to be involved, to have the world accessible to her, social interaction, swimming in a rehabilitation pool, bowling, music, playing games, and more. Irma lives with 2 dogs, 2 siblings, and her mom and dad in central Arvika.
You will assist Irma in her daily life both at school and at home. You will administer medication, train her in standing frames, stretching, etc. You will help stimulate Irma to engage in activities. You and Irma will spend time with family, friends, and sometimes be alone together. You are attentive, meticulous, positive, and proactive.
