About Close Care - Mobile Rehab Team

We provide successful rehabilitation in special accommodations throughout Stockholm. We are a dedicated and competent rehab team of a total of 40 people, with one team on the northern side and one team on the southern side. 

We are looking for several occupational therapist substitutes to cover both short and long-term absences. From single shifts to weeks and in some cases months. As we have a large area with many operations, we have several vacancies to cover with different lengths and scopes.

Job Description

In your role as an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as guidance and training of care staff, both independently and together with colleagues.

You will work in a team with a physiotherapist and, in some cases, alone. You will have a large and wonderful team to turn to for support. The mobile team has two immediate group leaders, a physiotherapist, and an occupational therapist to assist you in your work. 

The mobile team is continuously working on development, and we expect you to find it exciting to develop and stimulating to test new working methods. Together with the rehab team, you will ensure that care is continuously improved.

You should enjoy the flexibility and challenges of the work and work as part of a team in close collaboration with the rehab team and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy mentoring staff in healthcare issues and are motivated to organize care in the best way together with your colleagues.

Requirements

• Licensed occupational therapist
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience working in special accommodations for the elderly (SÄBO) and/or geriatrics
• Master's degree (not required)
