UX Designer We are looking for someone with at least 10–12 years of experience and who has held a senior role at previous workplaces.

Professional Background and Expertise:

• Extensive experience as a UX designer, with over a decade in the industry.
• Expertise in user-centered design, with a deep understanding of how design affects user experience and user interaction.

Core Competencies:

• Exceptional skill in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Proven ability to conduct extensive user research and testing to inform design decisions.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to launch, focusing on meeting end-user needs and business goals.

Technical and Creative Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and trends in design and user experience.
• Creative problem solver with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful UX design projects.

Other:

• Strengthened by the ability to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to both team members and stakeholders.
• Proven capacity to lead and inspire design teams to achieve high-quality results.
• Committed to professional development and actively shares knowledge and experiences to promote the growth of the design industry.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong skills in both spoken and written communication.
• At least 10–12 years of documented work experience.
