About Close Care - Mobile Rehab Team 

We conduct successful rehabilitation in special accommodations throughout Stockholm. We are a dedicated and competent rehab team of a total of 40 people. As one of our skilled occupational therapists is about to go on maternity leave, we are now looking for a talented substitute for one year.

We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist for a 100% fixed-term position for one year, starting preferably in December 2025/January 2026 or as agreed.

Job Description

In your role as an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as guidance and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

You will work alongside an experienced and competent physiotherapist colleague at the nursing home Attendo Mårbackagatan.  The mobile team has a direct group manager who is a licensed occupational therapist, and we hold joint APT meetings once a month along with regular check-ins. You will have a large and wonderful team to turn to!

The mobile team is constantly engaged in development work, and we expect you to find it exciting to develop and to be motivated to try new working methods. Together with the rehab team, you will ensure that care is continuously evolving.

You should enjoy working in a flexible and challenging environment and collaborate closely with the rehab team and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues and are motivated to organize care in the best way together with your colleagues.

Requirements

• Licensed occupational therapist
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Desirable

• Experience working in SÄBO and/or geriatrics
• Master's degree (not required)
