About the Position

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts indefinitely. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Mölndal Energi.

They are now looking for an inside salesperson for their sales team in Mölndal, which consists of ten employees in the same role as you.

Job Responsibilities

As an inside salesperson, you primarily handle outgoing calls to new and previous private customers of Mölndal Energi. Your focus when making calls is to conduct a needs analysis and create a better solution based on the customer's needs, with the goal of signing new electricity contracts. In this role, you will learn to sell in a consultative manner and be trained on how the energy industry works, how and why prices change, and how you can offer customers the best solution for them. At the start, you will receive a solid three-week introduction, where you will receive close guidance from both the team and your immediate manager.

• Outgoing calls to new and previous private customers • Create better solutions and sign electricity contracts with new customers

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience handling outgoing calls and proactive sales

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Good computer and system skills

In this role, you will speak with customers daily, and you are not afraid to take the first step in making a call. Additionally, you have good communication skills and act consultatively towards the customer. As a person, you enjoy working towards clearly set goals and work hard to achieve them. Your motivation lies in the opportunity for further development, which means you are curious and drive your own work and learning forward to achieve results. Furthermore, you work closely with your team, where it is important that you appreciate working together with others.

Start: By agreement Location: Riskullaverket, Mölndal Salary: Fixed salary + Commission
