About the position – Order administration with customer contact in Upplands Väsby

As an order administrator, you will be responsible for the entire order flow from customer order to delivery, while providing first-class service and administration. You will play a key role in the daily collaboration between customers, salespeople, warehouses, and carriers to ensure that orders are handled smoothly and correctly.

Tasks within order administration, customer service, and logistics

  • Register and update customer orders in the business system
  • Follow up on deliveries and communicate status to customers and internal parties
  • Coordinate deliveries with carriers and warehouses
  • Handle complaints, returns, and discrepancies professionally
  • Invoicing and checking prices and delivery terms
  • Contribute to the improvement of routines within the order process
  • Support colleagues and actively collaborate to achieve common goals

Your profile – Detail-oriented and communicative order administrator

  • At least 2 years of experience in order administration
  • Good system proficiency and experience with business systems, preferably within logistics/trade
  • Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
  • Thrives in a fast-paced role where collaboration and communication are crucial
  • Meritorious with experience in finance/invoicing or supplier contacts

Meritorious experiences in administration & logistics

  • Background from warehousing, logistics, transport, or a similar industry
  • Experience working with order flows in an international environment
  • Ability to handle multiple parallel processes and tasks
