About the Position
MK Manning is now looking for an experienced trailer mechanic for one of our expanding clients in the automotive industry in Gothenburg. You will be part of a dedicated team that works with service, maintenance, and repair of various types of trailers and superstructures. The work takes place in a modern workshop with good opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repair of trailers and superstructures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair and replace wear parts, brakes, axles, lights, and couplings.
• Work with welding, basic sheet metal work, and adjustments as needed.
• Ensure that all work meets applicable safety and quality standards.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience as a trailer mechanic, truck mechanic, or similar.
• Has good knowledge of vehicle technology, brake systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Is self-motivated, meticulous, and enjoys solving technical challenges.
• Has a valid B driver's license (required). C or CE license is a plus.
• Has experience in troubleshooting, welding, or working with refrigeration units (preferred).
