The Social Administration offers an independent and varied job within care and support, where you can work at different times.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks within special housing include care work in the residents' homes and delegated medical tasks. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. This position includes resource time, which means you will work at other units, on occasional shifts, that are not within your primary placement.

We work health-promoting, where we enhance health by strengthening the healthy, supporting independence, creating conditions for security, preventing ill health, and enabling influence and participation in the daily lives of care recipients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We primarily seek someone who is trained or in training to become a nursing assistant. If you are fully qualified, please include your professional license with your application.

The work requires you to have a good ability to adapt your work to the different needs and situations of the residents, as well as good collaboration skills. You should be a person who is attentive, flexible, enjoys facing new challenges, and has the ability to recognize both expressed and unexpressed needs in the organization.

We place great importance on personal suitability and that you have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both in writing and speaking.

If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EES or Switzerland, you need to present your work permit and show your passport, national ID card, or personal certificate.
