Your Responsibilities
We are now looking for someone who speaks Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish! Are you also a service-oriented problem solver who is passionate about creating satisfied customers? Here you will play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience! In this role, you will work in customer service answering questions via phone, email, chat, and social media from customers communicating in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish. You will help manage complaints and returns in a professional and solution-oriented manner and guide our customers through our products, services, and processes. You will also work on problem-solving by quickly and efficiently identifying and resolving customer issues. For more complex cases, you will ensure they are escalated to the right department to find the best possible solution. To ensure our customers are always satisfied, you will follow up on their cases and collect valuable feedback. We also appreciate if you can actively suggest improvements to our processes based on customer needs – you make a difference! The role also includes administrative tasks, such as documenting customer contacts in our CRM system, updating customer information, and creating reports on various cases. Your Profile
Are you a service-oriented problem solver who is passionate about creating satisfied customers? You constantly strive to deliver a first-class customer experience! We see that you have a high school education and have preferably worked with people or in service. You speak Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish fluently. Experience with systems like Salesforce, Dixa, or similar is a plus – and if you are interested in training, health, or sports nutrition, that’s even better! As a person, you are solution-oriented, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make quick decisions. You have an empathetic ability and are attentive to the customer's needs while being responsible and self-driven. We also see that you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with the team and contributing to the development of both working methods and customer experiences. Here you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas and initiatives are valued.
The workplace is located in Eskilstuna.
