As a casual nurse at Vardaga, you will become an important part of our team, where you make a real difference in people's health, safety, and quality of life. We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and wants to work when we need to replace our regular nurses. 

We are looking for someone who wants to work at Södergården but is also willing to assist us at our newly started unit Villa Kvarnen. Both units are located in Norrköping.

You have a key role in the team around our residents. As a nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that health and medical care interventions are carried out in a safe and secure manner – always with a focus on quality of life. You ensure that medical prescriptions are followed, conduct regular risk assessments, and follow up on interventions to contribute to good quality in the operation.

You work closely with care staff, colleagues in the nursing team, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important part of your role is to coach and support the care staff in their daily work, so that together you create a meaningful everyday life for each resident.

Clear routines

To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a licensed nurse and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires you to have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are important.
