We are looking for a diabetes nurse to join our team starting in December!
The position is approximately 65% and is at a private healthcare center in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone counseling
- Prescription of aids
- Writing foot referrals
- Receiving other patients as needed
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a diabetes nurse (or district nurse with experience in diabetes care)
- Has good structure, security, and engagement
- Can work weekdays (not necessarily all, but with continuity)
- Contributes to a good atmosphere in the workgroup
We are looking for the right person – not just someone to fill a position.
