We at Randstad are now looking for production workers for our well-known client in Uddevalla.
Your Employment and Career Path
You will be employed as a consultant through Randstad and work at our client's site. The working hours are scheduled during the day from 07:00 to 16:00.
This assignment gives you a unique opportunity to eventually secure a permanent position with the client company. The assignment is initially part of our leasing business, but for the right person with the right attitude and performance, there are good chances for recruitment after a period.

Responsibilities
As a production worker, you will be part of a team where collaboration and communication are key success factors, but independent work is also involved.
Your main tasks include:
- Manufacturing concrete products according to drawings and in finished molds.
- Actively participating in production that is carried out at a high pace.
- Physical work where you enjoy working with your body (even though heavy lifting may not necessarily occur).
You are expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment and not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience/knowledge from the manufacturing industry. (Requirement)
- Has a strong work ethic and great commitment/willingness. (Requirement)
- Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. (Requirement)
- Thrives in a work environment with physical tasks and good team spirit.
- Is a team player who enjoys doing the heavy lifting, is attentive, flexible, and patient.
- Has a positive attitude, is self-driven, and is meticulous about time and safety.
- Can look beyond the immediate tasks, see a bigger perspective, and is proactive in their work.
- Has good collaboration skills, as the position may involve many contacts.
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of reading drawings.
- Possession of a Crane License.
