We are looking for a specialist in internal logistics who wants to be part of a team that ensures the ability to produce a low-volume product in a paced production flow. The role encompasses the entire value chain, focusing on building an internal logistics system in line with production requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Value stream analysis
• Inventory optimization: determining what material should be where and when (workshop stock, central warehouse, intermediate storage), replenishment strategies, routines, and visual management
• Development of models and tools for internal material supply
• Close collaboration with colleagues working with external logistics

Your background:

• Documented experience in setting up production flows for paced production, preferably in low-volume and high-variation environments
• Solid experience in business development in production environments related to physical flows and/or tooling flows
• Familiarity with working in IFS or equivalent ERP systems
• Experience in managing hierarchical product structures (composed of/includes). Experience in practical work with production structures separate from design structures is a plus
• Leadership experience from smaller teams/groups with complex tasks (time/content)

Qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in production, logistics, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Social, driven, and analytical with strong initiative
• Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-functional coordination
• Good presentation skills, including the ability to develop and present business cases
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic production is a plus

This is a full-time position on-site in Stockholm with very good opportunities for extension. Please note that the position requires a security clearance, which may involve citizenship requirements.
