The residence has 99 pleasant and bright apartments distributed across ten departments with large balconies and nice common areas for socializing. Care is created in the way that suits the customers. The residence is located close to shops, restaurants, and the tram stops right outside. There is also the possibility of cohabitation.

Job Description

We are looking for a care assistant who wants to work awake nights. It is an advantage if you have experience in elderly care. Working hours are scheduled between 21:00 and 07:00, and the position is 80%.

About the Role

As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the daily lives of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Care assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience in elderly care
• Experience in delegation.
