Inside Sales Representative at ESS Group

We are now looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about sales. About the position
As an Inside Sales Representative at Ess Group, you will be a key person in achieving our sales goals. You will sell conferences and meetings by handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, as well as through proactive outbound sales calls. As an inside salesperson with us, you will sell experiences at all ESS destinations. We work in teams and are flexible during peak times.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Daily handling of incoming quote requests via phone and email, processing them according to our internal procedures (SOP), closing and seamlessly handing over to colleagues at the destination.
- Proactively working to ensure even more people experience our destinations through outbound calls.
- Working towards set sales targets.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in sales who thrives in a role where your results directly impact the company's success. You are a star at selling and have a good structure in your work as well as experience with systems. You see an opportunity and take it. You need to enjoy talking to customers, sending quotes, constantly improving for a higher hit rate, maintaining a fast pace, and loving to contact customers by phone.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, preferably B2B and customer service.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Responsible and open to both giving and receiving feedback, as we continuously develop in our interactions with our customers and each other.
- Experience working towards set goals.
- Self-motivated with good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
