About the position As a Shift Leader, you will report to the store manager. However, you will have the ultimate responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present. This responsibility includes staff, hygiene, maintenance, orders, budget, and results. You will train and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service, good hygiene, and achieve the store's sales and cost goals. Daily operations include responsibility for the maintenance of all machines and equipment. The position involves approximately 35 hours per week.
