We are now looking for dedicated colleagues as Outdoor Environment Workers/Gardeners for our Garden Service business area.

Do you have an interest in gardening and outdoor environments and want to work in a team that creates comfort and quality for our customers every day? Then this could be the right position for you – whether you have previous experience or want to learn through internal training.

Your responsibilities

As an outdoor environment worker, you will work year-round with varying tasks depending on the season. The work includes maintenance of green areas and outdoor environments during the summer, such as mowing grass, pruning bushes and trees, weeding, and moss control, as well as manual snow removal, shoveling, and ice control/salting during the winter. You will participate in both one-time assignments and recurring tasks depending on customer needs and work closely with gardeners and colleagues in the team to ensure high quality and good customer service.

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, meticulous, and a good team player.
• Is proficient in Swedish or English, both spoken and written.
• Enjoys working outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions.
• Has an interest in gardening, nature, and outdoor maintenance.
• Has experience in gardening, park maintenance, or winter maintenance – or is willing to learn through internal training.
