Car Detailing/Washing Staff Wanted for Our Workshop

We are currently looking for a driven and curious car detailing/washing staff for our workshop. We believe that you, as an applicant, are meticulous and knowledgeable in the field, communicative, and self-sufficient in your work. When you work as a detailer with us, you should have a good sense for the job and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need to have the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.

The position involves washing cars inside and out, as well as polishing and waxing vehicles.

Qualifications for the Role:

• A burning interest in cars and attention to detail
• Documented relevant education
• Documented experience in car washing, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service.

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork skills, and can also work under time pressure. You easily grasp new instructions, and we consider it a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense for service. A minimum of a B driving license is required.

This is a full-time position. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by a permanent employment and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are ongoing. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
