Experienced Cleaner Wanted – Self-Driven Role with Great Responsibility

Swesm AB is now looking for an experienced, self-driven cleaner with a driver's license and own car.

We are looking for someone who already knows the profession, takes responsibility, and wants to work in a company where quality, reliability, and respect for the customer are the foundation of everything we do.

This is not an entry-level job – we are looking for someone who wants freedom under responsibility and can work independently with high quality standards.

About the role

You will primarily work with:

Home cleaning

Deep cleaning

Simple additional services (e.g., window cleaning)

You will work independently at our clients' locations and be responsible for ensuring that the job meets very high standards every time, mainly in the Malmö/Lund area.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Has documented experience in professional cleaning

✔ Is self-driven and structured

✔ Takes personal responsibility and needs minimal supervision

✔ Has high professional pride and attention to detail

✔ Is punctual, reliable, and solution-oriented

✔ Has a B driver's license and own car (requirement)

✔ Speaks Swedish or English fluently
