We are currently looking for a person in or near Nässjö who is willing to lead a small cleaning team that will be established in the spring of 2026.
You will manage the recruitment in consultation with the head office, thereby building your own team.
You are a senior with life experience, preferably in cleaning, and can step in and clean yourself when no staff is available.
You know how to lead a team and the importance of everyone feeling good and appreciated, while also being able to set demands and be tough when necessary.
You delegate the work and have the full right to take on the assignments you believe suit you best.
Your employment is hourly based just like the rest of the team.
