As our next F&B Manager, you will be the driving force behind our kitchens, restaurants, and bars - where high quality, innovation, and a passion for hospitality meet to create unforgettable experiences. 

About the position As F&B Manager, you are ultimately responsible for all our outlets within Food & Beverage. This includes employees, guests, and financial key figures. You will lead an operational team of department heads, and although the role requires a strategic approach where you always look to the future, we believe in close leadership. You practice what you preach, and your presence in operations creates security and engagement.

In addition to being present in operations, you will have close cooperation with your commercial colleagues, where events and magical experiences will be filled with food and drink.

You will play an important role with a commercial focus to develop the overall experience within Food & Beverage at Ystad Saltjöbad & Villa Strandvägen. You will do this by building a culture and driving the business forward, where you are proactive in trends and market monitoring.

The role of F&B Manager will be part of the management team for Ystad Saltjöbad and Villa Strandvägen and will report directly to the CEO.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• NMI and eNPS, you lead through our values and ensure that your employees thrive, develop, and have the right conditions to be their best selves.
• NPS, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that our F&B outlets deliver according to set goals and contribute to creating loyal customers.
• Economy, you ensure that our F&B outlets adhere to the established budget and key figures.
• Collaboration with the entire house to succeed together.
• Ensuring and following up on hours and efficiency.
• Commercially driven with the creation of events and other activities at both Ystad Saltjöbad & Villa Strandvägen.

About you Your background reflects a passion for food and drink. Perhaps you have been in a similar role? You may have worked for several years as an Executive, Head Chef, or Restaurant Manager in a larger organization and are ready to take the next step? Regardless of your background, you need to have a few years of leadership experience. For us, it is important that you are confident, clear, communicative, and have a natural self-leadership. You believe in close leadership where our values guide you in your daily work. We also believe that being flexible, decisive, and curious are important qualities to thrive and succeed in the role.

Practical info The position is permanent at 100%. The position is located in Ystad. Start date is according to agreement.
