We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by working with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

In our accommodations, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more medical interventions at a specialized level take place in the accommodation. This offers you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent, our accommodations are divided between two nurses, while a good collaboration, attentiveness, and understanding of each other's working methods are required. You also have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

About the recruitment process
