We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who wants to help create impactful campaigns and events. Your responsibilities

Graphic design – create and edit marketing materials, digital assets, and presentations in Adobe Creative Suite. Digital marketing & HubSpot – work with automation, email campaigns, and reporting to drive leads and engagement. Web & content – update and maintain web content, optimize for SEO, and ensure everything is engaging and accurate. Event coordination – plan and execute both physical and digital events, from logistics and invitations to follow-up. Content creation – support the development and dissemination of content across multiple channels (web, social media, email, print). Analysis & reporting – follow up on campaigns and events, draw insights, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & skills

Relevant education in marketing, communication, design – or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools is a plus. Knowledge of CMS and web content management. Organized and accustomed to managing multiple projects simultaneously. Creative flair with an eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in event planning is an advantage.
